Backstage
Volunteers: |
| I am seeking parent
volunteers for each class with an average age of less than 10
years old to work backstage during each performance. The volunteers
will remain in the backstage area throughout the performance
and will assist VDC staff with lining the students up to go
on stage, walking students to the bathroom, helping students
with costume changes and helping maintain order in the backstage
area so that the performance can run smoothly. Volunteers will
be able to observe their child's performance from the side of
the stage. If you are interested, please make note of your interest
on the permission slip which is attached. Volunteers do not
need to purchase a ticket for that performance. |

Information
regarding costume fees is attached.
Costume fees range from $45.00 to $55.00 per student, per
class. There is also an additional accessory fee of $10.00

hair pieces and other props that may be used.

Costume payments are due IN FULL no later than Saturday,
November 17, 2007 for students who are registered for
one class. Students in multiple classes must pay a 70%
deposit no later than Saturday, November 17, 2007 with
the balance due by Saturday, February 9, 2008*.

If the costume payment and attached
permission form are not returned to VDC by Saturday,

miss the deadline and request that a costume be ordered separately
for your child, there will be a $10.00 service fee per costume
and individual shipping costs will be charged to you. The
shipping costs range from $10.00-$20.00 depending on the costume
company and could significantly increase the cost of each
costume to you.
