1. Fill out the Registration Form. Save it to your computer as "Student'slastname_registration"

2. Email the completed Registration Form to registration@vadancecenter.com

If you are having difficulty opening the registration form above you can try using this version. Print it, Fill it out and mail it in. You can still pay for your classes online however registration will not be complete until we receive your registration form & payment.

3. Add the appropriate classes to your VDC Shopping Cart...and proceed to checkout. So that we can better serve you, when given the chance to include comments type your child's name and the day/time of the class(es) with which he or she is registering.
