The Virginia Dance Center is conveniently located at 9806 Cockrell Rd, Manassas, VA 20110 . In January 2007 we moved to a new location where we have 2 large classrooms with sprung dance floors, observation windows into both dance studios, and a spacious waiting area with separate area for children to play while they wait.

We offer classes to students from ages 3 to adult in creative movement, ballet, tap, jazz, hip hop, theater dance and lyrical. The Virginia Dance Center also hosts three Dance Companies: the VDC Dance Company for children 11 and up, the VDC Jr. Dance Company for children 9 and up and the VDC Mini Dance Company for ages 7 and up. Participation in the dance company is by invitation. The Dance Companies will perform locally in our community throughout the year.

The Virginia Dance Center, which opened its doors in 1999, is owned and operated by J. Regan Kline, a native of Syracuse, NY. Ms. Kline began teaching in 1989 and has taught dance students, beginner through advanced, both in upstate New York and locally. As reported in a recent newspaper article, Ms. Kline believes that learning to perform helps children and adults develop confidence and makes them more comfortable in front of people.
